can gst audit report be appealed against? i got FINAL AUDIT REPORT BEFORE 45 DAYS. CAN I APPEAL?

If you don't agree with the audit paras raised in that audit report, they will issue you a show cause notice. you can reply to the show cause notice mentioning the reasoning why you don't agree. After that they will issue DRC-07 against which appeal can be made.
