07 July 2017 Company A uses "rose" brand name for atta which is registered trademark. And Company B also uses "rose" brand name for the same product atta in same area. In that case company B atta attract gst or not ?

07 July 2017 If "rose" brand name is registered under trade mark then GST will be attract.

07 July 2017 Here company B has not registered rose brand but company A has registered it. then also company B attract gst 5%?
