18 May 2021 For assesses opting for quarterly GSTR 1 return what is due date for payment of tax as voluntary payment for April 21 ?

18 May 2021 An amount equal to 35% of the tax paid in cash in the preceding quarter where the return was furnished quarterly; or equal to the tax paid in cash in the last month of the immediately preceding quarter where the return was furnished monthly.

18 May 2021 Hello ,

As per Government Relaxations there is no extension of Due Date as such i.e. due date remains 25th of next month for Quarterly Filers under QRMP scheme but there is relaxations for Interest and late Fee
