GST applicablity CGST & SGST on hotel commission

We will get commission through hotel booking at Bhubaneswar. Our office is in Mumbai. We want to issue a bill to get commission in the hotel. What are the applicable rates of CGST and SGST GST?

You have to charge IGST in your invoice as you are registered in Maharashtra and place of supply is Orissa.
