whether Gst is applicable to diamond business if applicable what procedures for apply gst..

Yes. GST is applicable to diamond business.
Presently, enrollment process is going on for existing VAT delears.
If you are VAT dealer, you will get user id & password from for applying online.

As of now new GST registration is has not yet been started. You have to wait till it is started or Register under VAT now and migrate to GST.

Only the GST rates are notified goods wise GST rate schedule is yet to be notified. We need to wait till the final GST rate schedule is notified to know the exact GST rate on Diamond.

Yes you have to register under VAT and Diamond is taxable VAT is applicable.
