04 May 2017 Non profit organisation is not exempt from GST registration if the product manufactured is taxable under GST.

07 May 2017 If your Supplies of Goods and services is in the course and furtherence of bussiness as defined in CGST and such suppplies exeeds 20 lakh rs in the financial year then you are required to register yourself.
