An Individuale trader having total sales of rs 2100000 during FY 2020 21 and also having commission income from LIC of rs 100000 whether GST is applicable to him

For sale of goods 40 lacs is the threshold for GST registration and GST payment.
LIC commission GST RCM applicable. GST paid by LIC.
