Sir
One of my friend wanted to export fish to other countries.Part of them is fresh fish and some are processed state.Is GST registration is required for exempt goods?If registration is reuired whether he has to issue IGST invoice?

Live fish is exempted from GST and therefore no GST applicable on export also. so far processed fishes are concerned you have two options, you can export with payment of GST and claim refund alternatively, you can export under LUT and claim refund of ITC
