Is the GST applicable on the Rent received by Individual, from commercial premises?

1. The turn over is exceeding 20lakhs then Registration is required. If not no need...
2. No... Not compulsory. But, the recipient is registered and landlord is URD then RCM ll be applicable to RD....

GST applicable on rent also.
But if your total receipts is less than Rs.2000000 then no need to get registered & pay tax on it......
