One of my friend business is Given to Dress & Costumes on rented. whether he will registration under composition scheme?

renting of dresses and costumes is a provision of service, A service provider is not eligible for composition

SAC applicable 997326 and rate of tax is dependent on the value of dress/costume. If value is not more than 1000, ate is 5% otherwise 12%
