AS PER GST PORTAL OUR ANNUAL TURNOVER DIFFERENCE JUST RS. 5500/- . SO IS THERE ANY PROBLEM IF WE ARE NOT UPDATES ANNUAL TURNOVER IN GST

As such there shouldn't be any difference if all filings are done correctly. Rs. 5500 too big to be a round off difference.

Your turnover need to update only if it affects your frequency of filing of return otherwise minor differences may be ignored
