A gst registered regular scheme dealer new registered w.e.f.01-04-20.dealer no business activities.
Question:
Dealer nil return filed at present date late fees written off gst amnesty scheme eligible in gst act.

as of now there is no amnesty scheme available, but all eyes on GST COUNCIL MEET 28th this month for amnesty
