GST Additional place of business query urgent

13 July 2023 I have filed for additional place of business of Company B. Company B has taken a property on rent from Company A.
Rent agreement notorized is duly uploaded along with house tax receipts, Electricity Bills.
Now a call is received from the department and they are asking for the consent letter.
Now my query is who will give consent to whom company to company or Director to Director?

13 July 2023 Check the rent agreement. The owner of the property will give consent to tenant.

14 July 2023 ok now filing fresh application i have uploaded consent letter and house tax receipt...but other files are not uploading like aadhaar card of tenant and owner as max limit of files reached and when i try to compress and merge the all files it becomes invisible...what to do?
Whether to go ahead with consent letter and property tax receipt
