Is there any penalty provision for non filling GSTR 1 july?? pls reply experts

Yes, you need to pay penalty Rs.100/- each for GST category.

You have to pay penalty of Rs.4200/- as filing of GSTR-1 starts from 01 Nov only.
Per day penalty is Rs.200/- (100 SGST+100 CGST)

No official notification but earlier on GST portal this notification is scrolling that portal only after last date of GSTR-2.
