Respected mam thanks for your replies my problem is GSTP need address proof of office. its our own house and municipal property tax paid by us above 40 years but land is not registered because about above 40 yrs no body know about land lord he settled outside. my query is that based municipal property tax paid in my mothers name for 40 yrs can my mother give me NOC for address proof of my office on which I aply as GSTP? please advice its very important or any other advice to me? thanks..................

Respected mam many thanks...........are you sure that occupant paid municipal property tax paid can give me consent right to use of property as business purpose? because somebody said different etc. please advice me. its very important for me I have little doubt.
