Group mediclaim insurance from employer

28 May 2013 My Employer is not giving me cashless mediclaim service. and they are saying that the mediclaim settlement will take 4-5 months. Because of that i asked them that don't deduct the insurance money from my salary. They are also not agree on that. This is so ridiculous that i will not get the benifit of that medical insurance. Please suggest me that is there any rule to make pressure on Employer.
