Group mediclaim insurance from employer

My Employer is not giving me cashless mediclaim service. and they are saying that the mediclaim settlement will take 4-5 months. Because of that i asked them that don't deduct the insurance money from my salary. They are also not agree on that. This is so ridiculous that i will not get the benifit of that medical insurance. Please suggest me that is there any rule to make pressure on Employer.

it is the negotiation of salary matter with you your employer . so no other options from law
