Gratuity eligibility

i worked for an organisation for the period 4 years 327 days , do i eligible for Gratuity claim as company HR saying that i am not eligible for gratuity claim as i have not completed 5 years, please clarify

Yes. your HR is correct, for eligibility of Gratuity need to complete full 5 years.
