09 February 2015 I am resigning from the post of lecturer after completing 17 years of service in a permanent position at a college. I would like to know if I am eligible for Gratuity benefits??
My college is an aided college funded by UGC and run by Private management. I had cleared NET when I joined 17 years back on a clear post. People say that I am eligible for gratuity only after 20 years and 3 months
