SINCE SERVICE RECEIVER IS LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX UNDER GTA SERVICE , THEN HOW AND WHO WOULD CLAIM THE BENEFITS OF BASIC EXEMPTION LIMIT OF Rs. 10,00,000 ???
