A GOODS TRANSPORT AGENCY (ROAD0 - SERVICE PROVIDER IS LIABLE FOR PAYING SERVICE TAX FOR THE LORRY BILL. IF THE VALUE OF THE PAYMENT IS LESS THAN Rs, 10 LAKHS, HE IS LIABLE TO PAY THE SERVICE TAX?
