In Goods Transport of Agency (GTA) service what is percentage of liability of service receiver.

In GTA Services Service receiver has to pay 100% of the Service tax liability but you can claim the 75% abatement.

I agreed with Mr Ravi, will like to add that Service receiver in GTA cases has to pay only if he is specified under law, other service provider i.e. GTA operator is only liable to pay service tax. However abatement of 75% can be claimed in all condition as per Sr No 7 of notification 26/2012-ST dated 20.06.2012
