24 January 2015 I Am Paying 2000RS to Individua Truck Driver for Transportation of Goods.
Am I Liable to Pay Service Tax on these.

26 January 2015 No, if the transporter is Goods Transport Agency, then you are liable to pay Service Tax under reverse charge mechanism.

30 January 2015 ok sir needs law wording to prove that to department as they are arguing that even in that case you have to pay service tax
