I Am Paying 2000RS to Individua Truck Driver for Transportation of Goods.
Am I Liable to Pay Service Tax on these.

No, if the transporter is Goods Transport Agency, then you are liable to pay Service Tax under reverse charge mechanism.

ok sir needs law wording to prove that to department as they are arguing that even in that case you have to pay service tax
