10 August 2010 We are going to shift machinery on our site in Gujarat from Maharashtra which are already in use. We are not registered dealer in Gujarat. Then how can shift our machinery in Gujarat? Is this treated as sale? Which type of document need to submit in Maharashtra Govt & to Gujarat Dept?
