Dear friends ,
any one tell me, Goods & service Tax will applicable from 1st April 2010. Then which Indirect Tax will gone ? i.e. is State VAT, CST ?

Vat, service tax, excise, custom, electricity duty, entry tax, purchase tax, entertainment tax (may be), state excise act, cst etc.

Custom duty is not gone bcoze. Import & export

Only finance minister can clarify this. Even if law is passed there will be short time to prepare
