31 August 2011 goods return under excise is to be reported to range officer within 24 hours of such receipt, and with invoice copy of the buyer who has sent the returned goods to parent factory,

after verification of documents the R/O may initiate inspection to verify the physical presence of returned goods then allow to take credit in RG-23A- part 2
