Truck Overturned in Rajasthan and 80% Damage Passed by Insurance Company.
Goods Value : 7,03,633.00
GST 18% : 1,26,654.00
Total : 8,30,287.00
Claimed Passed 7,03,633 X 80% = 5,62,906.00
what will be the treatment of GST amount.
Please advice
