Dear Sir
We have Puchased Goods from creditors approximately RS .188400/- ( 2 Bill) in August 2018.
But they have yet not filed the retun So can We reverse excess ITC in GSTR-3 B
Please advise tous

Yes revers ITC and can be claimed later.
