For Secretarial and corporate matters i would advise you to buy the book of Mr. D. K. Jain of Bharat publications.

I am also using the same book for reference purpose.

Alternatively you may also use the book of Mr. A Rammiya. But it is really a heavy book. But you'll find it in almost every office.

Also buy a book of DCA Clarification for reference.
