Good Book for practical aspects of AS

24 August 2008 I have qualified in May'08.

I have my interviews coming up in March next year (as my articleship is pending as of now). Even though I have studied AS from exam point of view many a times, I have very little practicle knowledge of Accounting Standards.

Can you suggest some book which can throw some light on practical aspects of AS or interview questions from AS?

24 August 2008 Book by Mr Rawat is comprehensive as well as written in simple language to understand the Accounting Standards in short.

25 August 2008 Boss, these books you are talking about I am studying right from my PE-II days.

What I want is some book which throws some light on ADVANCED/PRACTICAL aspects of AS.

These books you are talking about are refered by a CA student with the objective of clearing the exam, where as my objective is to go deep into typical Accounting Standards like AS-15.

So that I can apply such AS with confidence when I join a company/firm.
