Hi all,
I'm an accounts executive in an NBFC from Kerala. Our company is largely doing gold loan business, and now we heard that once we auctioning the jewels of defaulted customers, sales tax registration is required in kerala.
could you please give your valuable opinions about this?

sale through auction is covered under sales tax.
