This is a private limited company and now wants to go for public issue. How does it fix its share price to get floated in the market..??

Hi Shweta,
If you are talking about Initial Public Offer (IPO) then in that case you have to convert your pvt. co. in to a public company.
Further you have comply with SEBI IPO Guidelines.
