05 June 2015 I am in process of filing GNL-4(addendum) for filing the affidavit that the co and directors shall not accept deposits unless complied with the applicable provisions of various act. I query is that in form GNL4 in point no 7 we have select the type of document from the drop down but in the drop down there is no such option for attaching affidavit can I select others and proceed? In the help kit it given that "Attachments of all the eForms shall be displayed in drop down menu having ''Others'' as one of the values.". please suggest.

05 June 2015 Ok sir. One more query, digital signature in point 3 it is written "In case the form in respect of which addendum is being filed was signed by applicant or subscriber or advocate or attorney or pleader or person charged or chargeholder or ARC or assignee or trustee of debenture holder or receiver or person securing appointment or auditor or liquidator
or cost auditor or chartered accountant (in whole-time practice) or company secretary (in whole-time practice)
or cost accountant (in whole-time practice) or others." I am filing this addendum for mgt-14 filed for alteration of object clause.
Is this point applicable or not

05 June 2015 Applicable, because the form in respect of which addendum is being filed is MGT-14 and that was digitally signed by the Director/MD.
