I have started my articleship wef 15th March 2013.
What is the last date to complete my GMCS I?
Will GMCS programm will be a paid leave?
Can my principal mark me absent if I'm doing GMCS?

you need to complete within 1 year. you cant be marked absent for GMCS.

gmcs 1 is to be done within the 1st year of articleship and the 2nd gmcs within the 18 months from the completion of articleship..

The condition for GMCS-II is "after completion of 18 months of training but before completion of articled training" not within 18 months of completion of articleship.
