09 August 2014 Respected members, my articleship is going to be complete in nov 14 and i my gmcs is pending which is 2 be completd in the last year of articleship training. as i also have my exam in november so was planning 2 do it after exams. is dis allowed? pls guide me through dis.

10 August 2014 given that you are completing articleship in Nov 14, you have registered for articleship before 1 May 2012. Accordingly you are covered under old scheme of GMCS and therefore, you can do it whenever you want to without any restriction. So focus on exams and do it later.

15 August 2014 Actualy sir my articleship is going to complete on 15th november. as per institute one has to submit form no 108 within 15 days of completion of articleship. so what should i do? submit form 108 and then do gmcs training? my friends are saying it is compulsory to do gmcs before completion of training. pls guide me through this.

16 August 2014 it is not compulsory for old students. only for students registered after 30 April 2012 it is compulsory to finish both gmcs before articleship completion
