consequences for non attendence of gmcs 1 within 1st year of artcleship

ICAI prescribed has to complete GMCS 1 with in one year from the date of commencement of articleship but at any where it not prescribed consequences for failure to this provision,
So it may not be problem to you, But till completion of both GMCS I & II you didn't get ICAI Membership even you completed Your CA Final exams.
Any way completion of GMCS as early as possible is better for your future and to avoid any problems if any further.
