HELLO SIR,
I HAVE COMPLETED MY ONE YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP & HAVE NOT DONE MY GMCS YET . PLEASE SUGGEST ME IF I CAN DO IT NOW & WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES .CAN I DO BOTH PARTS OF GMCS TOGETHER?

Consequences is not specified by Institute, so it will be better to do GMCS as soon as possible in coming batch.

till now icai havent come out with penal provisions for this default its advisable to do asap.
