Plz tell me the consequences of not doing gmcs 1 within the one year of articleship as i have registered for the articles as on 9 sep 12 but not done the same till date because my ca did not allow me for leave. Plz reply.

Dear Jyoti, ICAI has not specified consequences of not doing GMCS - 1, I believe the date was extended till 31st December 2013.
You may consider an option to put your query with ICAI Esahayata, they will be the right peoples to you correct answer of your query.
