Giving advance to rent

Hi sirs,
Mr.A want to establish one private company and he taken one rented premises for reg.office for proposed company and Mr.B want to paid advance money to reg.office and he is not connected to proposed company ,is it possible to take rent from Mr.B ?

IN WHICH CAPACITY MR B WILL PAY THE ADVANCE TO THE SAID COMPANY RENT?
