Girls to start their own practice

I just want to share that I have never seen a girl who start her own practice after completing her CA. Either they do job in industry or in ca firm. and if they enter into partnership with another established CA firm, they do not feel like doing practice but merely a 10 to 6 job.I know there are some family and social restrictions but no one can deny that girls have equal potential like boys. and they can also run a CA firm with efficiency.

I completely agree with your view,even girls should dare to start their own practise, hope you doing so a trend setter.
