cash given by a father to daughter through cheque in her marrige of rs 200000. what is the procedure for filing return whether it is necessary to file affidavit ?

Filing of affidavit is not required. It is a tradition and AOs are quite familiar with such traditions in the society.

In case the daughter has not filed returns so far, she is not required to file the return as the amount received from her father is not an income for her, it is a gift only.
