16 December 2020 A person buys a flat in the name of her daughter. Is it necessary to execute a gift deed?
And, if yes, can a gift deed be executed at a date later than date of buying the property

17 December 2020 No gift deed required in such a case as purchase of flat is in the name of the daughter.
