If father or mother give a/c pay cheque 4 times in a year to their daughter as a gift then GIFT DEED is require all the time or not ?

Gift of movable property(here money) need not be supported by Gift Deed. However a letter containing all details and signed by donor and donee may be prepared and kept for records.
