ASSET WAS PURCHASED IN THE NAME OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM. HUSBAND AND WIFE ARE THE ONLY TWO PARTNERS. CAN THE ASSET BE TRANSFERED AS A GIFT TO THEIR SON ?
