I, ABC D/o Shri XYZ aged ____ years resident of ____________________________________ hereby declare as under :-

(1) That out of natural love and affection which I bear towards my daughter _____________ , I have gifted _________ Equity Shares of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred) each of __________________ limited, Delhi bearing Distinctive No. ______________________________

(2) That the above said Share Certificates are delivered to ______________ who has accepted the above gift.

(3) That above gift is having been made by me out of my personal assets, neither I nor any body else shall have the right, title or interest in the said amount. ____________________ shall sell, retain, invest, utilise, these gifted shares for her benefit.

(4) That these shares are Unquoted Equity shares.
