Getting mail from GST department for non-authentication of aadhar/kYC

22 March 2023 Sir/Mam,

I have got a mail yesterday, about our invoice is not transmitted to ICEGATE due to non-authentication of Aadhar/kYC documents. But we have not export anything can you please help regarding we are unable to understand why we got the mail and what should be the next step

24 March 2023 You can raise a query at grievance portal stating that you have received this mail inspite of you not engaged in any export. The response received can be documented for future purpose.
