Getting a rank in ipcc

17 April 2013 If a IPCC student fills up the exam form for May 2013 exams and for some reason he is unable to appear in any of the papers.

Then Can he get a rank when he appears for IPCC exams in November 2013?

17 April 2013 I think main criteria for getting rank is clear all papers of CA IPCC or CA Final in single attempt.
According to me still you can get rank if clear both group of IPCC in one attempt with highest marks.

17 April 2013 will this fact that i had filled up the exam form for May 13 and then i didn't appear in those exams and finally appeared in Nov 13 have any negative impact later on as i go for articleship interviews?
