Get on freight 750 & 1500 clarification

18 September 2018 Dear Experts,
Earlier in service tax there was exemption of freight up to 750 & 1500.
Pls clarify:- whether this criteria is also applicable in GST or not,

18 September 2018 Sir suppose :- suppliers has paid the freight on the behalf of buyer later buyer will reimburse the freight amount to supplier. Pls tell me in this case who will pay the GST under RCM and who will take the ITC thereof

18 September 2018 Supplier has to pay GST under RCM and change GST applicable rate on goods supplied.

20 September 2018 in GTA Cases , The person "who is liable to pay Freight " not "Who pays " is liable to discharge the Reverse charge liability. please refer NN 13/2017 .

If suppliers pays then how come it will be reverse charge ?

Pls clarify my an urgent query....
We have purchased the flat flat value is 6200000 and also paid additionally 450000 to builder for parking development charge and 150000 for electricity installation challan charge pls tell me know on which amount 1% TDS will be deducte whether only on 6200000 flat value or on 6200000+450000+150000
