the amdmnts of todays budget is applxble for may 2011 or not? plz help

No, amendments taking place before six months of the exam are generally included in the syllabus. The Finance Bill has yet to be passed by the parliament and I feel that about half a dozen items will be changed till the bill passes. So you focus on the current provisions only.
