I think you are asking for Budget 2011. If this is the question then, not this budget will not be applicable for June or May exams.
Applicable year will be P.Y.2010-11 and A.Y. 2011-12 for all CWA, CA and CS.

Any amendments made 6 months before the exam are applicable in the exam.
