17 February 2012 Sir,
We had applied for PAN Change for change of address.

Since the Nmae of the Communcation did not match with the supporting( Telephone bill)
we are asked to get the document gazetted.

I would like to know what document shoud we get the gazetted officer signature.
Or
Do we have to write affidavit on a stamp paper & get the stamp of the gazetted office.

we are bit confused
can we know about this in detail.

25 February 2012 HELLO,

I have understood that we also get forms of gazetted officer which we need to fill & submit and that we should not type on A4 size paper rather make stamp paper.and also it takes too long.

which is the right way to do it.

25 February 2012 No need of stamp paper. Better to get in the letter head of the Gazetted officer.
